Regency Park Apartments

We moved to Regency Park about a month ago and I can say it has exceeded our expectations. When we moved in the apartment was very clean, all new appliances and very nice. The Management team is very welcoming and nice. I frequently communicate with Deborah and she is amazing, she’s very friendly and always answers all my questions promptly. We are looking forward to making this our home for awhile.

The staff is amazing and most caring I feel like it's family and there so Friendly to. They take care of us when we need to get stuff done in our apartments.

Hello It's Keisha Robinson, from bldg B-1 I am officially going on two years living at the regency's park apts. I am just as happy and excited as I was when I first moved in Sept of last year. I must say very impressive, management is on the ball. I am surprised to see how much they stay on top of all the maintenance, trash, ground work, tree triming, building cleaning and of course security cameras. We have newly renovated washers and dryers and now have vending machines in place for those late night cravings and on the go snacks. The management always put together family fun events. We literally just had a carnival and resident bingo night. The staff is amazing! people are friendly here and seem to look out for one another. We also have the coolest mailman, He usually will bring mail and packages right to your door. I can go on and on. any maintenance request usually gets resolved in about 24 hours or so, The communication is through email or phone This is definitely home for my family and I. We are at peace, it's safe and we're happy. What more can you ask for? Thanks so much! To regency management and staff for all you've done and continue to do It's most appreciated. Happy Resident

Hello and thank you! It’s nice to live in a place that sends thoughtful emails like this. Previous management made you feel optional and weary of being evicted over just about anything. I respect my lease and the agreement, but the type of aggressiveness of previous management was uncalled for, so you guys are greatly appreciated. I can see a major difference since new management has taken over. I no longer smell the trash in the entrance which is awesome !! I’ve been living here for four years now and can see another four. Thank you !

I received excellent maintenance service yesterday. Professional was the maintenance staff member and very kind. This proves that you value your property. Timeline in which my concerns were met is an added plus. Thank you so much.

I’ve moved in recently and am impressed with everything so far. All common areas are nice and clean. Maintenance is always quick and never had to call a second time.

hi i am moving to a 2 bd room 2 bathroom apartment soon and i already got myself the deal you all can imagine why iam leaving my current property is because my suv was stolen right outside my patio door for which property doesnt had no cameras that time . I am happy this property has more then 90 cameras in all spots so am happy the fact we are gonna be secured . Patrick , deborah and the other guy which is extremely friendly has been very courteous welcoming and nice with us . i cannot wait to make the big change and start a new life at regency park

We recently moved to Regency Park. The application process was smooth and straight forward. Deborah was absolutely the best and very helpful. The apartments are very nice and clean. In case of maintenance requests, maintenance staff are very prompt to address the problem. We are happy to call Regency Park our home.

It’s a decent apartment. The best part is the space you get for your buck. When I first moved in I saw roaches and mice within my first few nights. After a few days of constant cleaning, traps, and electric pest defenders, I haven’t seen anything. I enjoy the building and the people here. It’s a good place to live if your willing to stay on top of your space. You’ll deal with some attitude from the office from time to time but they’re nice people for the most part. Its a cool spot to stay at for the most part.
