Not a bad place to rent some office space. Parking will cost you but that's generally true for downtown Portland. Use the REI parking lot behind the building.

Clean and brand new. Staff are nice and helpful. Interior is modern and has lots of sunlight. WiFi is decent, does sometimes turn on/off, but they also have wired connections.

Awesome set up. It's the best one I've seen yet.

Will continue to charge you for fees long after your contract has expired.

Nice offices and helpful staff
