I've been calling and calling left emails NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!today I tried to push the existing patients options that girl answered and put me back to voicemail I called again tell her what's going on she goes or excuse that the lady on referrals got sick and she can't do her job.. so I was like 2weeks I've been calling calling and the lady to make an appointment told me to call 4:30 pm today 2/26/2023 and I called no answers then when I tried different number she answered right away and I said this lady is rude and unprofessional... She put me on hold for 20mins then hangs up!!! I hope whoever I charged will punish this lady's they're rude and play games like u stupid they had my son referrals since January 17 ,2023 till this day no calls unbelievable how lazy and unprofessional this people.. so I called my doctor tell them what these lady's did to me so glad they send the referrals somewhere else if they treat me like a games how much more our kids...

Originally this was a great therapy office then my daughters speech & occupational therapists left. Now they pass my autistic daughter to who ever they have available for occupational and don't even make a effort to schedule her speech. The random occupational therapist doesnt even introduce themselves or talk about what happened in the session. There is zero consistency and every session is like starting all over, the past couple weeks my daughter has left upset and anxious. I'm extremely disappointed in this office.

We go to Rehab Directives twice a week for my sons speech and occupational therapy. The staff is amazing! Each therapist shows my son kindness, empathy and warmth. We would not be more grateful to have this assistance, I see so much growth in my son thanks to them! Lizette is the best and always makes us feel so welcomed!

Brian was a great help with scheduling both of my kids appointments. He has a great personality and always welcomes when coming in. Brandy who is sometimes in the front desk never welcomes has a horrible attitude. She has rolled her eyes at me consistently. She has no office etiquette is on her phone talking about her personal issues. She has made me not really want to go to my kids therapy’s. I have been coming her for 6 years and never had an issue with an employee. She is in NEED of good training.

I absolutely love this place! I have to bring my 3 month old here for therapy and they made me feel so comfortable. And the staff is so friendly. I've only been here two times and I can definitely say I'd recommend this place to people who have children and need physical therapy. The lobby is also very kid friendly so my older son 3yrs can play while we wait. It's not like others that are not kid friendly. And Lizzet is probably the most important part of this office because she made such a good impression when I walked in the office.

My son comes here for speech and occupational therapy and he loves it! Their staff is amazing, Liz is so friendly, she always welcomes you with a big smile and positive attitude. The lobby is very kid friendly with a play area with lots of things to do. I highly recommend this therapy place for all children on the spectrum.

We go here twice a week! I absolutely love it! The staff is nice. Pascalia is my sons therapist and we love her and my son loves her. She’s helped him so much in just a short time. I have seen a difference since we started seeing her. She answers all our questions, she’s sweet and I absolutely I recommend this place 100%

From the therapist to receptionist they are great my son has been going here for over a year now and has made sooooo much progress in his therapies. They are always so accommodating and work with my schedule. I definitely recommend their facility.

I absolutely love this place!!! Liz at the front office is a pure delight and extremely proactive when it comes to scheduling. My daughters occupational therapy team here are equally amazing. Giving constant updates and at home exercises.

We're pretty new to the family here but I call it family because as soon as you walk in that's how they treat you. The first point of contact is usually Lizet and she is like the sister or cousin everyone wants lol! They are very passionate and kind. The Therapist take time to hear your concerns and work on a solution that suits your family best. They definitely have my child's best interest first and I'm glad I gave them a try.
