Rein Fire Ranch is the perfect place to have a wedding or event.  The grounds are pristine, the venue is well appointed and the team are the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with.  Rein Fire Ranch has a dreamy wedding garden, a reception site that has tables and chairs, cafe lighting, a dance floor and so much more, just bring your guests and dance the night away!  The charm this venue offers is a must see place.  As a wedding planner, stepping in to another venue's house that offers full service planning and execution, Rich and his team were a dream to work with.  They are very accommodating and generous with their time, ideas and services.  I cannot recommend this venue enough.  I just wish they were located closer to Whidbey Island where we are located so I could work with them more!

Most amazing wedding! We could not have asked for anything more from a venue. Rich and George were there to help us through this whole process and helped make our day so special. Highly recommend this venue. They are willing to go that extra mile to ensure your day is perfect!

My husband and I have nothing but positive and amazing things to say about how great our experience was at Rein Fire Ranch. On our initial visit out, we both fell in love with the location and the wonderful experience we had with Rich and George. You can tell right away that is very important to them that you have the very best experience on your wedding day from the first minute that you meet them. We worked with them over a 5 month period, visiting the location several times, taking their suggestions for photographer, food and just overall recommendations and everything was fantastic. 

Our wedding day was gorgeous and perfect - we had a family emergency that threw things into a bit of a tailspin prior to our wedding, but Rich, being the professional that he is, did everything he could to make sure our experience was as positive as possible and ensuring that my husband and I were doing okay. The wedding went off without a hitch, the sunset and things got even more beautiful. The reviews that we got from family and friends was that the venue was wonderful and that it is one of the best weddings they have ever been to. 

I cannot recommend this venue enough and the work that the team at Rein Fire Ranch does to ensure you have the best wedding day possible.

As a wedding photographer I absolutely love the versatility of Rein Fire Ranch.  It is a beautiful venue with so many photo settings.  The sweeping views and open space is breathtaking.  As a vendor I simply adore the owners.  They make sure that every last detail is perfect.  I can refer our couples knowing full well that they will be treated with kindness and respect from start to finish.  The venue offers full service weddings at a very competitive price.  The customer care that you will receive is worth its weight in gold.  Rich and George make couples feel like family.  They make sure vendors are well equipped and taken care of as well.
