Rejuvenation

Horrible experience. Ordered the King Spindle Bed for $3400, with "white glove" service. Waited the six to eight weeks. Never called to let me know delivery window - I had to call them. When they showed up, very nice men but when they start bringing in the bed, I said "Hey that looks broken" and sure enough, it had been dropped and the headboard snapped not at a joint. The construction looked questionable to me so I called CService and they agreed to refund in full. But instead, they BILLED my credit card. I have been calling & calling to get my $6800 off my VISA. They sent an email apologizing but guess what!?....STILL ON MY VISA!! The store folks were very nice - but beyond placing the order have no way to help you.

Carissa Lopez from Rejuvenation has been SUPER helpful. I bought everything online and needed a very large order for my entire bathroom. She assisted me from the get go and took care of every request I had, answered questions about products and even assisted me later on with a different smaller order I had made online by myself. Products are very high quality, which is expected for the steep prices. I am overall very happy with the order but mostly with Carissa's above and beyond treatment. Thank you so much!

I really love the style of this store. Their items have a timeless look about them. It is a bit pricey but some of their items you just can’t find anywhere else. My experience with the sales associates have been positive with the two items I’ve purchased. I felt like they went above and beyond to assist me.

Some of the sale associates have serious attitude. Interacted with them twice in person and over the phone. Great store to check out the items you see online but I rather make my purchase straight from the website and not have to deal with them. Overall, not a positive experience at this location.

Beautiful light fixtures and furniture. Very helpful associates and great customer service. Items arrived ahead of time and undamaged.

Large selection of hardware and lighting

Purchased a large ticket item from the store. Left my cell number regarding a second item in which associate needed to speak to management about. Never heard back. Online orders constantly arrive damaged. Customer service will not help or respond.

The sales associates had some serious attitude. I planned on buying something specific from the store but I'd rather leave that spot blank in the house.
