I absolutely love this furniture store. It is impeccably well designed with large plants enveloping the floor plans. The style is modern, strong and clean/somewhat minimalist. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are three levels at this location, showcasing various furnishing options.

My husband and I wanted to redesign our house with new furniture. This place has the quality furniture we were looking for. Also, the staff were helpful and courteous with our endeavor.

I enjoyed working with this company and my homes in the design department and helping them achieve the look they were wanting in their midcentury-mod style home in Houston. Working with the RH gallery has alway been an asset to the clients especially now that the Atelier design center is in place for customers easily sit down and go through all the fabrics and styles to match up with the customer's look they are going for. I would highly recommend people to to use this free design service from Restoration Hardware.

Awful experience. My wife and I spent 2 hours selecting fabric and design for a couch and 2 swivel chairs. The couch was delivered with the pillows in the wrong size and overall inferior quality to what was on display in the showroom, we returned them and were promised follow ups and received a 2nd attempt at the delivery of the couch and it had the same defect so we simply gave up and returned it. Now the swivel chairs have arrived and they have scratch marks all over them and so we are returning them. The worst part of it is nobody from a higher position has reached out, pathetic since it was almost $10,000. We are very disappointed.

This is just a showroom, with consultants, that will help you decorate and remodel your home or business. They offer some really nice fixtures and details you would want in your residence. I miss their gift shop with all these cool items for sale, that has unfortunately been removed.

What a huge rip off! I've bought many things from them, huge furniture pieces and I've justified the shipping charges. But this, wanting ti buy faux plants and tables lamps, novena 2ft high, they not only won't give you an option of ship to store and pick up, they won't even let you buy anything from the store itself . So, you are forced to pay $199 furniture delivery fee for no furniture and $65 shipping fee! What a fraud scheme they are running. For such an expensive place, they can do better. Do not defraud your regular customers like this.

Super expensive, customer service is not a priority. When you are ready to spend that type of money, you would expect a person to greet you... Not the case.

Mediocre company with high prices. We went last summer to buy patio furniture. We found some stuff we liked but couldn't find anyone to help. One associate saw us flipping for the catalogue they had out trying to figure out the details of the furniture we liked on our own and said he was busy but would come back to us later. Well, we were there for about an hour and no one helped so we left. We have very nice furniture from Patio One now. My other issues with this company are 1 can't review items online. The rug I bought from RH curls on the sides and I wish I had known this before spending on it. The console table I have is beautiful but the finish started wearing off within one year. The lamps I got were great. I wish I knew what I was buying first though. 2 In the era of trying to avoid waste and having the internet, why do I get 600 pages in catalogues every year which immediately go in the trash?
