Z Gallerie

Hate its closing. Wished prices for accessories were lower then maybe they could have been open longer. Couches didn't seem to be worth the price but I select Restoration Hardware for furniture than Z Gallery. Hands down, Z Gallery had the best store for buying junk to fill up a room, wall, or whatever.

This store has a lot of good and sturdy modern furniture. Even their decorative pieces are really beautiful and can tie together a whole room. The staff is really helpful and non-intrusive. They have seasonal items too so its worth checking them out when the season changes.

Had to exchange a pair of curtains due to a discrepancy in the actual measurement. When I asked this location if they would honor the same discount that the previous store had offered they made sure that I knew that would not happen and that I should be grateful that the first location offered the discount in the first place. We all work hard and it's fun when we can go and splurge on a few little things to make our homes comfortable. Unfortunately for this location they have forgotten what customer service looks like. If you're looking for phony service then this is the store for you.

Great decor selection and spent good money buying stuff on sale.

I've seen this store online and was going to order the desired items; but when my family and I planned a trip to Houston I decided to wait. The store and the items are beautiful! However, I felt extremely out of place. The employee at the door was staring at me as if I was going to steal or as if he didn't want someone like me in the store. If you must stare at customers why not ask if they need help? The other employees were just all over the place and hard to get ahold of. I purchased some bedding and decorative items, but now I know that I'm better off shopping online. This must be why they filed for bankruptcy because they don't know how to treat the patrons.

Excellent place to shop for your home decor. I absolutely love it. It's a must have selection of one of each. There are very unique and unusual pieces of art and home decorations.

Westheimer Zee Galleray. You don’t need ten people to impress you in the store. We were kind a lost first but Melanie Dobbs . She was assisting other customers but when we saw her I told my husband this is the only one I can see. That she can help. We were right from beginning to end . She helped with choosing furniture colors. Very very knowledgeable professional person. She made us very important and comfortable. I will go back to her too . After 2 days when I call her she wasn’t in the store but she returned my call and I wast to change the color of my chair she did it over the phone and when my furniture came was perfect. Thank you Melanie.

The merchandise is beautiful. There are wonderful gift ideas. You could spend a whole afternoon in this store. It's moderately priced as well.

Z Gallerie is great for knick-knacks but I purchased an expensive leather sofa there and six years later the leather is separating and coming apart. Z-Gallerie refused to offer any assistance warranty is 5 years and told me to go find a repair shop even though this is clearly a quality issue. Upon inspection, I learned that the sofa came from China. I recommend avoiding Z Gallerie if looking for furniture.

I will NEVER EVER return to this store...I will be straight forward they don't like African Americans people..I'm serious I felt like Julia Roberts in pretty woman...
