Story

Reliant's most important responsibility is taking care of you and your family. Our commitment to excellence in protecting all our clients ensures that the highest quality of care will be given at each of our clients' homes. This commitment guides all of Reliant's team members in the same direction toward our most important objective: "Your Comfort & Satisfaction"

We provide both bi-monthly and quarterly service programs. Our customers are notified (via telephone and email) 2-3 days in advance of each service so they are aware of which day our technician is scheduled to come by. While most customers only have us treat the exterior of the home on each service, this notification gives them the opportunity to schedule an appointment if they want to have the inside treated or they just want to be home when the technician comes by.

In Texas the question is not if pests will return, but when. For this purpose we provide free re-treatments in-between our regular services at no charge. When our customers experience pest problems inside their home, we are committed to promptly coming to their rescue!
