A good hotel for downtown stay, in the heart of manhattan, everything, literally everything is nearby and walking distance. Hotel staff are so helpful, friendly and professional.
The location is good, but the price doesn't match the experience. The hotel manager lacks communication and organization. We also got an additional $80 charge on our room without explanation.
Security knocked on my door all night disturbing about my music which Was at a moderate level. He knocked and then took out his keys like he was going to enter my room. They need to teach him what do not disturb means also he didn't follow covid-19 procedures. Other than that I had a nice stay
Cozy beds, ideal location and most importantly, the kindest and most helpful staff. I've stayed here many times and have always felt very welcome and comfortable!
