Had a nice sandwich and a coffee alongside. It’s nice to sit and relax with friends. I like visiting local coffee shops and this one was a very good one. Sitting on the patio and enjoying your food and coffee is an experience to have.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: No
We used to come here ever Saturday morning. There coffee beans are great. The quality of the Cappuccino they make with it really depends on the Barista on duty. Sometimes perfect temp, foam milk distribution and coffee taste. Sometimes no foam and too hot milk. Same with the bagels. You never know if you hit a day were the bagels are fresh and delicious or old and chewy. This inconsistency became worse recently. No salmon on a lox bagel is just the most hilarious example of things which went wrong with my orders. No pastry on a Sunday morning is another example of this branches overall inconsistency. If you are a thrillseeker, please go here. You never know what kind of experience you will get.
Good bagels. Good coffee. Good atmosphere. Fast wifi and no password needed.Food: 5/5
My bagel was good and the person making it was wearing gloves and being cautious, but I didn't order the coffee I wanted because the person taking orders/making drinks kept rubbing their nose with their bare hand and then making/closing the drinks with the same hand. Please be careful about hygiene
Great sandwiches, drip coffee and atmosphere!
Incredible breakfast sandwiches, croissants, and coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are very customizable and can come with a potato fritatta on them! The almond croissant had a light almond flavor, not that thick almond paste you get at some places. Nice staff and seating inside and outside if you can find a spot - lot of people camped out at 3- and 4-seaters.
We ordered the cold brew with oat and iced latte and it was great! The almond croissant is out of this world and the lox sandwich was also amazing - good size, great everything bagel and good quantity of lox. Definitely coming back!
I'm glad to have found this place. This place is going to be my favourite spot in this streak in Boston, as it's not very far of my home. Located in almost the end of Columbus Ave, you can see from the outside inside of the bar, just going up the stairs. You'll find a high table and the bar when you enter in, every time I went there were almost no lane, as you order and they take what you have order to your table, that's awesome. The café is divided in two areas, one next to the building with some small windows, and one full of big windows, where it's very nice to work with your laptop or read. The power plugs of the outer zone don't work, so keep it in mind before sitting there with your laptop. Talking about the coffee and the food, they are very good in my opinion. The coffee tastes like coffee I like strong coffee , and they have also other options as Chai, Hazelnut or tea, I really recommend them too. I also like having coffee in a ceramic glass or mug, so many cafés give you paper glass although you are taking the coffee there. Also they have some pastries, muffins and bagels, just in the bar. I tried bagels I love bagels with cream cheese and there awesome. The music is not very loud, and people used to be quiet.
Awesome, delicious coffee and great service too. We sent here on a whim and would definitely love to come back. Service was great too. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to simply have a good coffee or a delicious, quick meal. Check them out.
Fantastic latte and almond croissant. Cortado was just a touch bitter. Ethiopian pourover was nice. Goat cheese quiche was also very tasty. Very nice outdoor patio seating, but fairly limited indoor and outdoor. Popular place, so be prepared to get your coffee to go.
