This Starbucks is on Huntington avenue beyond Northeastern and towards Symphony. It’s best to sit in the cozy environs here when the Starbucks within snell gets crowded. The barista was a super chill guy who was very engaging with customers. 100% for customer service.
ordered two caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. good staff, doesn't pronounce your name incorrectly so that's a plus . got the order in 5-6 minutes. great experience overall. good ambience too!!!
One of my favorite Starbucks. Even though they are a very busy location they are quick with orders. Very willing to fix any issues, will remake a drink even if it just doesn't taste quite right. Great staff here from the manager down to the employees. All very friendly.
What can I say about Starbucks coffee that hasn't already been said? Love it or hate it, it's an institution. Personally, I love their mocha and seasonal flavours. But I do have this to add, the staff at the Huntington Ave. branch are super friendly and helpful. I asked a lot of questions about something as trivial as a tumbler which I did end up buying, they patiently and intelligently answered them all.
Georgeta & Kayla are a force to be reckoned with! The are a dynamic duo! The are pleasant & professional! When I arrive I feel right at home like I'm with Friend. I'd have to say this is the best Starbucks in the city. I recommend you check out this Starbucks asap early birds!
Staff are distracted and chatting to each other which means slow service. The shift supervisor is dressed very messily and took a break 30 minutes after opening leaving one staff member to deal with the morning coffee rush... Update: Consistently disappointed with this store, the supervisor was standing in the entrance smoking which really didn't improve the taste of my incorrectly made coffee... Think they need to review their staff Update 2: Once again order was made incorrectly...
Very hit or miss service wise! Sometimes the baristas act upset that you came in and interrupted them, other times they're wonderful. The layout, though, makes this Starbucks awkward and uncomfortable to be in for longer than it takes to get your drink. The location inside Northeastern is much nicer.
I work overnights around this area so this is my spot in the morning. I'm admittedly a Dunks man myself but a coffee at 5:30 beats one at 6:00. The baristas have the menu down and make great drinks and the manager is a great dude. Only issue is they can't seem to staff properly to open on a consistent basis which is an annoyance you can count on at least once a week.
I been coming to this starbucks for a good 2 years now more recently the staff is consistently changing and RUDE especially that georgette girl has a mean attitude and a vey angry look to her. And argued with me on how I ordered my drink wrong. They are always out of an item and always so slow moving pace. There no more then 2 staff at time making thier service go extra slow. Only about 3 good barista left hope they dont leave anytime soon. The Dunkin’ next door might be my new coffee and place tired of the unprofessional behavior from this starbucks
Just like every other starbucks out there. Very clean, efficient, and super friendly staff. Restrooms are very clean and well stocked. Like most other starbucks there is not much room to bring in kids or a stroller. Best to order online and pick it up when you arrive or get the coffee to go. Their food options are ok. Same sandwiches and pastries you can find anywhere. Their coffee and specialty drinks are always consistent.
