Rent-A-Center

I Lobe this Rent A Center. Steve tries his best to help you out, but he's got a job to Do as well.. I have been renting my washer and dryer off of them for almost two yrs now. Have pd off a laptop from there and an Xbox 360. And when something has broke they were there to get it and fix it with one to lend ya till the other is fixed. I will always go through them ...

Very poor customer service. Steve is extremely rude and basically wines like a baby when you try returning something. They keep making appointments to come pick up their couch but never show up. Do not recommend this place to anyone!

Helpful folk. They nicely give reminder calls should a payment slip your mind. The store hours are slightly narrower than I'd like but they have a good selection with specials constantly.

Was to deliver between 1 and 3 instead had to call around 4 got a call back around 5 saying they couldn't deliver all the items but could deliver some. They never showed up. Poor service cant even show up to their own appointments.
