Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They went above and beyond even the people that I wasn't working directly with. I would definitely recommend working with them to people I do. I am sure I will do business with again!

I have never used this businesses service however several of my friends have. They used my name for a reference unknown to me. What rent one does is if someone is late on their payment they call the reference and ask them to bother the friend with the late payment. One of my friends fell on Hard Times and was struggling to make the payments as rent one did not hesitate to continually call me and tell me about it despite me asking them to stop many times. I finally had to threaten them with harassment charges and only got one call after that but I feel their practice is ignorant to put on to other people to try to shame people in their debt
