Brittany is so great she is so helpful every time i go to the store.The other girl i don't know her name she has givin me the wrong info don't really seem to be all there.Brittany is a get manger an will go above an beyond to help everyone with any question or problem they might have she is the reason i still deal with rent a center

I stopped in at the Laurens location and spoke with the manager. She was super friendly and very professional! The atmosphere of the store was very upbeat! I felt wanted as a customer, she did very well matching what I was looking for, although it was a bit out of budget.

Good service to start with. Then called them out to pick up the fridge i was renting and the send the GOOF TROOP to come get it, so after a hour of them trying to remove the fridge from my house i have gouges in my wood flooring, a scratched up and dented front door that dont even close right now. Then they put the fridge in their truck and didnt strap it done so when they left you heard the fridge slam on the floor of the truck. They will be receiving an unpleasant phone call in the morning!

Nothing in stock, several weeks to get them in hand. Furniture on display (for sale) was not clean. However staff was very friendly and thorough with trying to help.
