Rent-A-Center

I'm giving this 5 star review to the guys who work there. They definitely Realones. The honesty is what I'm basing that on. See they will get you whatever it is you would like them to grab for you but it does come with a price for sure but they didn't pull some high pressure sales tactics or some blue sky take-away sales pitch. They just kept it and for that I thank you. Also the only Rent a center that seemed to be about that business. I talked to 2-3 different ones and couldn't even get a call back , clowns wasting time. Not this place. It I'd what it is with these guys so if you need something and you don't mind paying to play then go to this store and they got you.

I just started renting furniture with them. I have been without a job, but they work with you. They're so Friendly. The boss is great.

Jeff was able to have a solution for me when asking about a watch.

Sadly my washer died and as a single mom I am on a tight budget. So I called rent a center and spoke to Jeff, he found a used washer in my price range at another location. He was able to get delivery for me the next day he was so helpful. Sadly when they brought it the delivery guy noticed a roach inside it and immediately called Jeff. Jeff worked his magic and got me another one a little more in price then the first one but still a good deal. He also worked passed closing to get it to me that night. Just to clarify the roach was no fault of Jeff's store but the other location it came from which I will not name, but shame on them for not checking there product thoroughly this could have been a major problem if it was not for the honestly of the 2 delivery men.

I ordered a set of bunk beds online for my kids, someone was supposed to call me to set up delivery. Never happened so I had to call them, when I did. I was told that they were having issues with their system and couldn't pull up my order. A store manager was supposed to call me back, never happened. I call back again and the same RUDE associate named Mario told me there was nothing they could do at this time. I requested to cancel the order, he says yup you got it, have a good day. Don't purchase from this place

If something goes wrong they don’t give you a full refund nor do they communicate with you about things. Their excuse was some times our phones work and some times they don’t. I wouldn’t suggest anyone going here. I went there for one laptop and when I got there I had to go with a different one, shortly after the laptop didn’t want to work properly…

I've been a customer of these guys for almost a year now. The communication between their management and employees is near non-existent, so if you need to speak with a manager/supervisor about anything, don't expect your message to be related. Their staff has been very unprofessional and doesn't seem to listen to their customers, as I've had to repeat myself on multiple occasions. Won't be recommending to anyone, and will not do any further business with this company.

I have been dealing with these guys for a month now to come and pick up a bed and washer. I'm not sure how they are still open plain and simple. Rude workers who hung up on me after I explained needing a pick up the phone hung up! Stay away! Clark is a good manager who has to deal with a mess, I don't blame that man!

This place is a scam. Washer isn't great found one for 40 dollars that works better then the one I bought. Couch is broken. took a month to get the drawers to the bed that is a loss. People who work there are rude. 9news and fox needs to know about you guys.
