Rent-A-Wheel

Went in and had tires ordered. Had to pay $25 deposit and told me the tires would be in on the next wendsday. I went on the day, took 2 hours off of work to get them, and they weren't there. No call to tell me that they weren't there. Or nothing. Bad customer service. Would not go there again

Completely lied about pretty much everything, won’t accept responsibility for the damage to my car

The staff isn't the best, but the GM made it all worth while. Had some issues with my wheels and he made it right. They now have a new staff that handles the business.

Patrick and those guys are really friendly they were quick to solve the problem we had and got us back on the road thank you guy
