Short version: Walmart auto is good but this location Walmart auto care staff is horrible and lazy. If you can avoid this location and go to another please do so and save yourself some time. Long version : Walmart auto has great deals with good pricing. But this location Walmart in maumelle is the worst for customer service. I went there to get three tires replaced on my car and I was made aware there was going to be a delay of three hours which I gladly accepted and waited for three hours. 3pm gave the car to the associate and got a message that the car had been checked in for service. By 6 pm I got back after three hours and still the car was parked outside. We sat there for another 30 minutes when the associate that checked us walked past us and brings a big ladder to get the tires from the top rack. He dropped the tires from about 15-20 feet from the top rack straight on the floor. I. Not a tire expert but I would think that is not good for a budget tire. By this time it's already 5:45. Since I knew it was going to take longer so we went shopping in Walmart and came back at 6:20 right when we received a message saying the service is complete and the vehicle is ready. When we got back the vehicle was still not ready and the manager and the associate were standing next to the car and chatting around. I pressed the button to request an assignment and no response several times. After 10 more minutes I got another message saying the vehicle was checked-in to service again. When I asked the manager if there was an issue and the manager replied she is not sure she thinks they messed up the billing and only charged me for two tires so the associate may be working on fixing that. By 6:40 I received another message saying the vehicle is ready again. The associate got us the keys and made us pay the 555 dollars for three tires and installation. All together it took 4 hours to get brand new tires installed on a car. In the mean time they sent back Several customers saying they did not take new customers after 3 pm. No one to answer at the auto center main desk. The manager is a joke and all she did was roam around and chat with their friends. Overall the employees at their auto center have no proper supervision and also do not care about the customers. I wish Walmart has some sort of feedback system for the auto service department with the associate name and manager.
I won’t go back. I had an appt to get tires put on. Drove from 45 min to the M’melle location and luckily I got there 5 min early, only to find out the automotive department was CLOSED for the day!!!! Their system was down so they just.. CLOSED without warning!!! NO ONE called me to tell me!??! THEN I stood in line at customer service to spk to a manager, which accomplished nothing- THEN I had to call 2 different corporate numbers to get the refund- and so far 3 hrs later still haven’t received all of my money back- still owe me like $100!
Hours listed the closing time to be 7 pm. Got to the counter at 5:45 and waited 15 minutes for someone to finally show up. I asked if there was time to have 2 tires replaced and was told they were closed due to one tech on duty. One tech on duty with ZERO cars in any of the bays! Attempted to reach out to management multiple times and there was no answer for ANY department. Not even the operator.
I will never go back. After 4 and 1/2 hours with my car I called and was placed on hold until I gave up. I went back to check on it personally after 5 hours just to learn that they had forgotten it was there. I was originally told it would take 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours. Tried to avoid me and act like it was no big deal when I arrived. I just asked for my keys back.
Didn't have my tire after I showed up for appointment. They upgraded my tire without upcharge. Customer service could be a bit more friendly but hey it's their job, not a hangout
Terrible auto service. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and they were short in techs. I been there five different times prior to. The staff doesn’t communicate effectively. What happened to excellent customer service!Service: Oil change

I paid over $500 for a set of new tires before a 1400 mile trip. Took 2.5 hours to get them with two techs working and only a single car in the oil change bay. Car gets done, I get on the interstate, feels good until 70 when they start to shimmy a bit. I chalk it up to break in that’ll go away soon, either way, I don’t have time to stop and question it. Come to find out, they set the 51 psi tires at 33 psi, and the vibration never went away, because there isn’t a single wheel weight on any of the 4 tires. Never again. I paid for services I did not get. So much for lifetime rotation and balance, these people can’t even inflate properly, and they don’t bother with balancing at all. I’m not sure how any of these people still have jobs, guess I should’ve paid attention to the reviews!
I came here to install tires but not really happy and not satisfied how they treated. They don’t seem to be interested in helping. So, If you can find different place, do that before you go this place for tire care.
I asked the lady at the desk if I would have enough time to come up there she said yes they are open til 6pm. I get there 10 minutes after I call her which is 5:15pm and was the most rude person I’ve ever had to deal with at this location. After telling me to go ahead and come up there with a bubble in my tire by the way, she refuses to change my tire. If she was at least nice about it I wouldn’t have been so angry but she was very rude will not be coming back to this location ever.
