Replenish Massage Spa

UNRELIABLE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I made my appointment one week in advance. I was in front of their door 5 mins prior to my appointment. There was no one inside! I called them 5 times. No answer. I knocked the door several times. After waiting for 15 to 20 mins, I gave up.

Marisol is the best! She is so in tune with your body and her touch is just magical - which in my experience is very hard to find. You will feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after your session - it's worth every penny!

My husband purchased a massage and made an appointment for me online. I went to my appointment at the scheduled time, but the doors were locked, and blinders were closed. I called the number on the door, and it was out of service. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and had to go back home—completely wasted time out of my day. Now we have to dispute the charge with the credit card company because we can’t hold anyone at the business. I saw that other people had similar experiences after reading other reviews. This place is a scam, be aware.

This was a great and very professional experience. I showed up five minutes early and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who asked me to fill out a form since it was my first time. The waiting are is very lovely and peaceful. My massage started on time, and Marisol was great. The massage room was also very serene and welcoming. By chance I had a migraine headache that day, which nothing can ever seem to relieve. She started my deep tissue massage with a vivid head rub which did dramatically reduce my headache to almost gone. The rest of the massage was excellent. I suffer from chronic back pain, and walked out of there feeling so much improved from when I walked in. I highly recommend!

There was a very peaceful atmosphere and the studio seemed to be very clean. Little touches like having heated tables and extra soft blankets really paid off. The massage was absolutely incredible! Definitely one of the best I have gotten. Her knowledge about chronic pain issues and body mechanics showed as she relieved pain that I have just become accustomed to. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and plan to visit again next time I'm in town!

Update to my review: Marisol is the best, but the customer service is inexcusable. Pre-COVID, they cancelled on me, day-of. Today, September 2020, they canceled on me, by text, 45 minutes before. I confirmed yesterday and today the therapist Marisol per the website doesn’t want to work. Of course they blamed it on her not feeling well and not wanting to take any chances. But yet they offered me a reschedule date at a discount, which you shouldn’t be doing any time soon if you need to quarantine. I can’t change the fact that the massage is great, but it’s not worth it to book someplace that’s going to cancel on you all the time. I almost don’t want to recommend this place because I don’t want it to get so busy I can’t schedule but honestly, massages are my thing, I’ve gotten them all over the world as they are my treat to myself when I travel. Marisol is the best. I don’t mean she’s really good and blah blah blah. I mean she is THE best I’ve ever had. The room could use a tad more ambiance to compete with luxury level spas, but Marisol should be the Gold Standard.

Marisol is very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and customized my massage to address my issues. I felt extremely relaxed and comfortable. Clean, tranquil environment with convenient online scheduling. I'm very pleased and looking forward to my next visit!

Literally the best massage I ever had in my life and I used to work in a spa so I know massages! The owner of this new spa has been my massage therapist for the past two years when she was carrying her table and oils with her house to house. She applies the perfect amount of pressure to relieve your tense muscles and not have you hurting the next day. As humble and wonderful of a person she is, I bet she’s still doing house calls for her loyal clients! I’m so happy for her and for anyone who goes to her spa as she deserves this business, and you all deserve the great massage service and relief your bodies will receive with her and her staff at Replenish. Changing my rating from a 4 stars to 1 star. The initial massage I got here was great, and I hoped to return, but when I contacted the business because I needed to re-schedule the second appointment I set, I received a single response, and then radio silence. This was a gift to a loved one, purchased via Groupon, so I have no recourse for holding the business accountable to the services I paid for. It is not ok to pre-scan Groupon vouchers with appointment booking, and then become uncommunicative about re-booking. I'm disappointed because the massage itself was solid, but this has eroded my trust in the business.

Marisol is very professional and has a really cute, quaint office located at 2nd and Master Sts. The ambiance when u walk in is really inviting and you get offered tea, coffee or water while u wait. The massage room gives you a warm feeling and the massage itself is wonderful. Her hands are a God send. I would return but she didn't offer scheduling a 2nd appointment nor did she give me info about services she offered or pricing.
