RMC made sure that people could easily find all the good things that my real clients had to say about me as well. I would even say that business has improved since I hired them.

In the one year I hired RMC to work on a campaign, I found that communication with and among the project manager, the salesperson, and the accounting department was well-coordinated and prompt. RMC seems like a well-oiled machine and performed like one. I can't really say much about the campaign we worked on, but I can say that I was satisfied with the results and the experience. A+ work all around.

Sadly, we live in a world where some people resort to besmirching other people's hard-earned reputation just to get ahead. I commend RMC for the job they did for my business. They took care of the false claims that I could only assume is the work of unethical people trying to ruin the reputation I've worked so hard to build. It pains me to have to pay to clean my business' online presence, but I'm also glad there are people out there with solutions to terrible problems such as the one I had.

I hired RMC to help with the PR work I do for a client who was a victim of defamatory online articles and comments. I knew from the beginning that it was a tough job because most of the negative articles were from popular websites. RMC laid out a strategy executable in six months, and the account manager clearly stated the processes and timeline for the KPIs. By month 6, all the negatives were off the first page of Google search results. It's been more than a year since we started, and the negatives have stayed off the results up to now. I'd hire them again if new negatives come up, hopefully none will though.
