The answering service staff and some of the front desk staff are rude and not helpful. They need to hire caring and courteous personnel. I am considering switching hospitals because of this.
Good staff but the answering service is horrible. They don't open on time and they don't pick up calls which can be frustrating.
Always on time courteous and helpful staff.
