We just checked out of this hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. The hotel appears to be pretty new, so everything was clean, functional and well taken care off. There is a fish house in the parking lot that was excellent . Food was great and staff was friendly. We will stay here again if we come back to this location.
Loved this hotel, one of the best experiences we've ever had. The staff were all really helpful especially with our lost luggage from the airport. The location right along the amazing Cherry Creek was a bonus for anyone who likes to run or walk. The breakfast was really solid and the rooms were awesome. Great job management!Rooms: 5/5
I did not stay at the hotel myself, I was in NC speaking with the staff on the phone numerous times about multiple needs we had while my sick son stayed there a few nights while waiting to be admitted into care for an illness. From top to bottom everyone I dealt with at anytime of day or night was absolutely fantastic! Carla the manager, Kenneth, Randi all exemplified excellence, care and concern! 5 Stars and then some.
Rooms are pretty decent but the neighborhood is not that great. Plus there is definitely not enough handicapped parking. Not even enough regular parking. They took really good care of the landscaping, though. I didn't use the pool, hot tub or breakfast.Rooms: 4/5
My family two adults, two children stayed here on our recent Denver trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and parking was easy. I was able to easily check in with my Bonvoy App, which was nice. The continental breakfast had a lot of great options for us to snack on in the AM. The only snafu was waiting a little longer than I expected to get some linens for the pull-out sofa. It took three calls to finally receive, and with two tired kids that felt like an eternity. However, the staff member who brought them apologized for the delay and was very kind. I appreciated his acknowledgement of the delay, and understand they were likely just busy. As someone who prefers 4 star hotels, I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
I love the layout of the room, the hotel staff was amazing just friendly and nice - they really cared about you. I wish I remembered their names. The breakfast was delicious. Safe area and a lot to walk to. I would stay here again.
Looks like it was recently remodeled. Facilities very clean , great complimentary breakfast, nice pool/hottub. Friendly staff. Big screen tv in rooms, good shower, nice kitchen area. Will be my go to any time I need a hotel in that area
We have been staying here on and off for the last 4 months. The staffs are wonderful. They have been helpful and friendly. Our dog also loves it here. There is always Milkbone at the front desk.Rooms: 5/5
We had a nice stay. Staff was friendly especially the Assistant General Manager Sandy Powell. My husband said she was very pleasant and helpful during our stay. He is an early riser and Sandy would offer to get his coffee. Although it was not needed it was still nice that she was willing. He said she was also cleaning the tables as needed. Great to see how much she cares. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the pool was cold when we stayed back in May.
The amenities were very good actually the breakfast items were good. The first floor carpeting smelled like it was cleaned but not dried properly. The room was very nice but the TV had to be reset to work properly and unfortunately our room was on the third floor so it was VERY LOUD. I cannot recommend it if you're staying on that floor. Very hard to sleep.
