For starters Shane Combs who prepares the breakfast set up made me very impressed. Food stations were organized and in order where people were not running into each other. She had enough utensils, trays, cups, which made for a pleasant breakfast. She greeted everyone and would periodically ask people if they needed anything else. She had trays set up so you can put all your food on at one time so you didn’t have to backtrack or drop anything. The manager Teri Pinkerton was also very vibrant and greeted you with a warm welcome. It’s the little things that I noticed at this hotel which should make someone stay again.
Bree was absolutely PHENOMENAL! We came from another property with issues and was beyond frustrated at 8:30pm. She was patient, helpful, and swift with check in and anything we needed. She had a bright smile on her face the entire weekend and was so helpful. We are now forever customers of this property when we come to the area! Give this young lady a big bonus and keep her on board. Room was clean and beds were as comfy as they could be. Five stars for sure.
I've stayed at this hotel twice before and had a good experience both times. This time was quite the opposite. Our room had not been cleaned very well. There were food smears on the table, food on the floor, crumbs on the end table, dirty utensils in the cabinet and the tub had something on the side wall. The person traveling with us had a separate room and the one they assigned her already had someone else in it. She actually walked in on him! I would have thought the hotel would have offered a discount to make up for this, but nothing was ever said. And the $18 parking charge seems ridiculous. The cost of the hotel seems high enough without the parking fee. And to pass that fee on to your customers just because you're in downtown seems pretty unfair. The best part about the place was the staff at breakfast. I did not catch the one woman's name, but she was very delightful!
Every time we stay here which is a lot we are SO satisfied! The staff is great and friendly. The breakfast is amazing! Oat milk is on hand and I don't have to ask for it - which is a big thing for a vegan. My husband, baby, and dogs always enjoy staying here and will continue to do so every time we pass through!.Rooms: 5/5
This hotel is one of the better ones I've stayed in. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The housekeeping staff and kitchen staff are beyond reproach. You can readily see that each of the staff employed here enjoy their jobs. There are always smiles, always a friendly "Hello, how are ya" I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Ladies and gentlemen, Keep Up The Fantastic Work!!!!!
Our room was clean and spacious. We were only staying one night, but it would have been feasible to stay an entire month. We had everything needed to live comfortably. The breakfast buffet was delicious and every staff member went out of their way yo make us feel comfortable. It was convenient to walk to Toby Keith’s, the movie theater, Bass Pro, and the Centennial monument. We will definitely book another stay in the future.
The 2 room suite was spacious. The furniture was a bit worn, the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom was very loud, disrupted our ability to sleep, and we were unable to control the temporary which was to low for our liking. The air was set on 70 degrees and 72-73 degrees would have been more adept to our comfort zone. The breakfast was not bad, hot and cold options, waffles, bagels, english muffins, muffins, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage. They offer real plates and silverware to eat in a common area or to-go containers to take with. I would have liked to have access to the coffee throughout the day like most hotels offer.
Close to everywhere we needed to walk. Our room was bigger than expected, nice kitchen area and snuggly pillows. Very clean. Every staff person day/night/breakfast/housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast!!! So many options and everything was delicious. This is the best over all place we’ve stayed downtown. Had a great night away from the kids, nice n quiet on the 2nd floor. Will definitely be coming back.
Huge room that was clean and well appointed. Had a kitchenette but unfortunately, there are absolutely no grocery, drug or liquor stores within a mile. If you need anything you will have to drive. Great location at the bottom of Bricktown. Easy walk to the convention center or downtown. Staff nice, excellent breakfast options.Rooms: 5/5
I stayed at the hotel in October 2022, from a Friday to Monday. The front desk personnel was very friendly and accommodating. I had a two queen bed room, the room has much larger that I was expecting and clean. The location of the hotel at the end of the riverwalk was perfect. The parking lot on Friday night and Saturday night was very crowded OK football game, make sure you have the parking pass from the hotel displayed in your car. I did see one car being towed from the lot. They had one of the best free breakfasts I have seen in the past couple years. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time I come back to OKC.
