I was contacted in January about a trip to Vegas. On my way to Vegas on February 13th 2023 my trip was canceled and booked for February 14th 2023 but when we went to land it was a snowstorm that forced the plan to land in Los Angeles. I was not able to make it to my resort Until last night and paid for a trip I didn’t even have a chance to utilize. The customer service is very poor, I have been insulted and hung up several times and was informed that an email would be sent to upper management and it was never done. I would not recommend this company to anyone until they make me feel valued and explain their inclement weather policies. Also my womanhood was bought up several times by a manager and I’m not sure if I should take legal action because of the poor service and insults. Also a manager told me yesterday should would like and see what she could do for my stay and I never received a phone call from her today 2/15/2023. I was actually insulted by her when I called to follow up. I am truly disappointed in this company and who they employ to represent them. No one deserves what happened to me and hopefully someone hire up reaches out for some type of conflict resolution that needs to be implemented. I think the program could be great if their employers implement empathy and professionalism. I hope this helps someone. I recorded my entire experience and hope to bring resolve to this issue without getting a third party involved.
Waste of time. Resort international called us to give us a couple of free nights. We were told that if it was going to be 15 days in advance, we could stay at Jockey Club. We wanted to book for this Saturday - Monday so they said we’d pay to stay but at a discount. It ended up being $40 cheaper booking through them. They never sent us a confirmation email letting us know where we’d have to do the timeshare meeting at. I had to call this hotel and they confirmed that it was booked for the Owner Suite. Since it was an Owner Suite. We had to contact LSI Resorts for any room service or requests. There were no cookware. No dish soap. Spots on the ceiling that looked like mold in the bathroom. The tv didn’t work. It would show half the screen. We couldn’t hook up the PlayStation 4. We called to have it fixed and it still didn’t work. The coffee pot was also broken. It was such an inconvenience. On the day we checked out from Building 3 we were told that there weren’t any shuttles available for our building. We had to walk to Building 1. That was such a long walk for my family and I. If we would have known we would have asked for a bellman. It’s unfortunate that we had this experience.

Have worked for this company on and off since 2008...if you like talking to people and offering them happiness. I.e..a vacation to Vegas and other locations with some nice gifts for a vacation ownership property..you like nice coworkwers and managers and not pressured type of job then you found the right place!
Worst service i ever had. I wont recommend anyone to get a deal with these guys. I dont even want to give 1 star to them.

This is a scam. They take your money then when you try to book it they make it impossible to use. They do not give you full details and they wont refund your money. Don't book with them also you should go to the BBB website and see the reviews.
i love working for resort-stay grateful and blessed now that were working under new management its going to be even better !
