This was my first time staying here. I was traveling with my mother who was using a wheelchair. Everyone was so kind and attentive. They made my job of getting her and our belongings to our room so easy. We ordered in-suite dining and the food was fantastic and came in huge portions. Very fresh with high quality ingredients. They setup the little round table in front of the window making it the nicest restaurant in town. We are very impressed and hope we get another chance to stay here again. Rooms: The suites are very large and very quiet. You never heard a door slam in the hallway or the other rooms. Everything was very well maintained and clean.
The rooms were very comfy & spacious. Nice views from the rooms. The cafe had really yummy food. They have some fun slot machines & my favorite, a few good table games. I'm not into the slot style table games & their tables were a little expensive. However, I had a pretty good blackjack table. There was fun people, i didn't lose all my money right away, which is important! My room had a few issues of cleanliness but overall my stay was enjoyable!
Perfect place to stay at while in Vegas. I've stayed at other hotels on the Strip and The Palazzo could easily be one of the best out there. Staff is warm, helpful, and very attentive to detail. Very polite and kind, as well. The hotel has a casino on the first floor and is attached to the Grand Canal Shoppes, which is attached to The Venetian casino. You can go back and forth between both casinos with no problem. Plenty of restaurants and shops to explore and enjoy. Though it can get quite crowded during peak season. Don't forget, the gondola ride is in this location, as well. Lots of things adults and kids can enjoy within close proximity of each other. Room service is excellent! Food is fresh and of good quality. Definitely one of their strongest points.
Absolutely amazing experience here. Located right on the strip but peaceful. The rooms are spacious and hands down one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The temperature was well regulated, beds were comfortable, and everything you need is available to you. The views from our room were insane. There are multiple pools on site, as well as bars and restaurants. There is a casino on site but didn’t seem to get overwhelmingly busy because it’s so spread out. There are also checkpoints to ensure that the hotel amenities are reserved for guests only. There are 2 gyms on site. The larger gym has everything from barbells to ERG machines. This is was definitely one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. On site parking is free but you’ll likely never have to move your car because the location is proximal to everything. This is the type of place you go for a few days and want to extend your stay.
Our stay was the definition of luxury. We had a beautiful room with an amazing view. The hotel was gorgeous and everything was new. The restaurants were delicious, we enjoyed the pool, and the spa. What a fantastic place to stay. The front desk staff were so kind and welcoming. The bellhop was quick and efficient. They were also very understanding while we waited for our car to arrive. Probably the best experience we’ve ever had in Vegas before.
I have visited the Palazzo many times over the past 5 years. Beautiful property with beautiful rooms. Love the variety of restaurants & cuisines. The food is excellent. The hospitality is quite good. The location is also ideal as it’s easy to navigate to lots of other locations off property on the strip, a good deal within a 15min walking distance.
Best Vegas stay ever. We were greeted when we got out of the taxi and the bell captain took care of our luggage. We checked in early and they texted us when the room was ready. The property was beautiful, the casino was huge, modern, clean and well ventilated. The entry level room was huge, nicest and biggest room we ever had in Vegas. Had a good room service lunch. Everything was so nice, went so smoothly. No waiting for elevators. I loved this place and will be back !
This hotel is exceptional. Rooms are well equipped and super comfortable. Food is excellent at all locations. My only compliant was when at the pool we had a few spots of rain and they closed the whole pool complex and we all had to leave. Apparently the walk ways were slippery not sure how this is any different then when you get out of pool soaking wet.
Everything about this hotel is amazing. We had a king suite and it was clean, spacious and comfortable. I'm a clean freak and I tend to not sit on couches in hotels but I felt very comfortable here. The casino is small but has great slots. We loved that it was connected to its mother property, The Venetian. Made walking around easy.Rooms: 5/5
Love the style and awesome activities to do in the hotel. I went with family and had the perfect amount of room. The couch unfolded into a queen sized bed with already 2 other beds in the room so perfect for family and kids to rest. View is gaw dropping depending on what area you get. I will say ordering food in the room is a bit pricey considering it's the same price of some restaurants around. But amazing bathroom, easy flow, and no bad smell! I go to Vegas all the time and usually go here because I think it's the best! Hopefully everyone reading this can experience this fantastic hotel.
