Had a huge & messy sewer backup in our big old house's basement caused by toilet overload. Called RestorePro for emergency service & they responded immediately. Their crew did a fantastic job of cleaning & disinfecting the area, removing carpeting, boxes, books & other contaminated items. They were super efficient, courteous & friendly - amazing considering the "crappy" job they were doing! The cost was reasonable & fair, & we decided to pay them directly, not use our homeowners insurance. Would highly recommend them & would definitely use them again - if needed!
An upstairs neighbors’ leak turned into a challenging time for me due to unintended dust and debris from an old plaster ceiling exposed during demolition. After 2 air quality tests and deep cleaning, the problem was resolved. My family is back to being comfortable in our home. All thanks to Restorepro!

They paid extraordinary attention to detail removing the old kitchen ceiling making sure that everything was totally clean when they were done. You cannot buy better footwear anywhere else for the price . All the big contractors go there . I've been going there for 18 years and I won't go anywhere else for boots or foot wear. You can shop around . But they are the same prices anybody else has on sale
I highly recommend this company , they so professional and they go over their works detail by detail until the customers are completely satisfied . Not even year my family and I’ve been through so much Lawrence explosion and also my house was flooded when my 8months old daughter and I were sleeping. RestorePro did a great job on the water damage we suffered at my condo in North Reading. The ice dams on the roof caused water to come in through the windows facing the street and RestorePro fixed the walls and dried them out perfectly. Highly recommend RestorePro!
