While installing a new bathroom ceiling fan, we discovered the old fan was not vented properly causing in mold in the attic. I called 3 companies to look at the attic area. Matt, from ServiceMaster, came the next day, explained what needed to be done, guaranteed his work for 10 yrs only company to guarantee and gave an excellent estimate for the work. The guys, Delver and Fredo, came within a week and did a great job. They were polite, clean and had me inspect their work to make sure I was happy with the job. I highly recommend ServiceMaster - reliablity, price and workmanship are excellent.

The city's water meter in my basement failed and caused a little water damage, or so I thought. The professionals at ServiceMaster by Gaudet, brought in by my municipality's insurance company, quickly showed me the full extent of the damage, which was considerably more than I had thought. They quickly removed the damaged materials, and prepped the area for my contractor to make repairs. They also moved the furniture and other items from the damaged area to a storage unit they rented for the purpose and moved the items back when the work was completed. All in all, ServiceMaster by Gaudet made a painful experience much easier to deal with and recover from. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in my situation.

We had some serious water damage and mold that necessitated calling in a professional service. Matt at ServiceMaster by Gaudet was here immediately and has been with us every step of the way this past month. He assessed the damage, talked with our insurance people, explained what had to be done in what order, asked for our input. The crew worked together seamlessly. They were here when they said that they would be. Every precaution was taken to contain the areas where they were working. Had a major flood in our basement and ServiceMaster was recomended. Within 2 hours Nate Gaudet had assembled a team of professionals and equipment to deal with our problem. They explained what they were going to do the time frame involved with getting our basement back to normal and were always available for our questions or concerns. I can't say enough good things about Nate and his crew. We suffered water damage in a newly renovated kitchen. We didn't want to trash the new renovations and Nate worked with us step by step to preserve as much as possible. He was at our house almost daily checking on the progress of the drying and mold mitigation. The entire crew was very professional. They did a great job of blocking in the affected area so as not to contaminate the rest of the house with dirt and mold. And they cleaned up quite thoroughly at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the job they did and they were all quite pleasant to work with.

I needed a company to remove areas of water-damaged ceiling and wall plaster and treat fungus/mold after water leaking from an upstairs apartment damaged my condo unit. Matt G arrived exactly on time and explained clearly what needed to be done. Since it was an insurance job, he promptly sent off his estimate in a format that made approval quick and simple. He said he could have a crew available within a day. They arrived even a little earlier than scheduled; worked hard and efficiently and were accommodating and responsive to my concerns. They left my apartment just about as clean as it was when they started. In this age of incompetent, unresponsive service professionals who think that all they have to do is say "we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you," this Company is a throwback to the "good old days" if they ever existed of excellent, responsive, efficient service.

Our oil furnace misfired and there was oily soot all over our utility room. Nate came out right away and was able to schedule a cleanup team that afternoon. Very professional and you would never know we had any damage afterwards.
