RFK Technology was incredibly informative and very patient throughout the entire installation process. They were punctual and courteous during their visits. Each of the 4 cameras were adjusted to specific requests and then they took the time to explain to us the many different functions the Night Owl system had. We are beyond pleased and would certainly call them back for additional installations. Thanks again!!

I hired RFK Technology Services to mount a television and a floating cabinet. They arrived as scheduled and finished in a reasonable amount of time. The work was excellent and everything that I expected. I give them five stars and highly recommend them.

Being that I have trouble walking I wanted the wiring for my cable and computers hidden so I wouldn't trip over them. I called RFK Tecknology Services LLC and the technician was very knowledgeable and fast. He made sure all the wiring was hidden. I also had my internet working properly because he was able to troubleshoot and fix problem in less than 20 minutes. I would call them again if I ever have any other problems. This was much faster than dealing with the cable companies sending out people that they subcontract with. Thank you so much.

Did an excellent job installing two TVs in my home, along with helping to problem solve putting in a swivel stand inside a shadow box. The CTO is a nice guy who will go out of his way to insure a satisfied customer. Legit company, would recommend.

Be alerted that this company is a fraud - they are no longer a legitimate company in VA under the name of RFK Technology Services. See my post from a year ago there is no customer satisfaction here. A lot of times these companies go out of business then open up under a different name. If you see the name Andre C. Wyche, it's not a company you want to do business with. Think twice before you hire this company, you don't want them, and they give Veteran owned companies a bad name!!! I hired this company in the fall of 2015 to finish a home surveillance system. This company is a fraud!! They demand that you pay most money up front, which I did and they still have not finished the job and this is now June. There was always a reason they could not make their appointments and the work they did do is sloppy and incomplete...had to hire another company to complete work I have already paid them for!! They are not dependable at all, there is no way on this earth I would recommend this company for anything!!! The response this company gave is non-sense, they have the nerve to blame me for their incompetence and lack of diligence? They leave out many details in their response, and they are untruthful with the events they discuss. Here's one - The RFK Tech CTO was there to consult with the contractor concerning the light post at the end of the driveway. The CTO agreed the light post was a good idea and would work fine as a post for that camera at the end of the driveway; so yes he was consulted. He then installed the camera and left it on the ground, supposedly until the light post was operational The light post was put there and operational one week after the consultation with the RFK Tech CTO - this was in Dec 15. Please ask him how June got here and the camera was still laying on the ground with un buried cable? Oh, and the rest of the un-completed work they committed to is somehow my fault? If they stood behind their customer satisfaction policy, then they would issue a refund...they have not, instead they continue to point the finger at the customer. It doesn't matter why I contracted them, I obviously had work to be done. The matter is, they accepted the work in Oct 15 and this is June 2016 and they cancelled yet another appointment to finish the work just last week...how long is this supposed to go on when they quoted 16hrs of labor? I had to hire another company to complete their work, this is a fact!! There is no valid explanation for this, and again I would not ever recommend this company, they are not reliable nor truthful. Let's see what the State Attorney's Office has to say about this!! This company is a fraud!! You will be way better served using another company to do any work needed. There is no way I would risk using this company to do anything!!!

The job was done so efficiently and with no problems. I got my tv mounted with a multi angle mount. It really helps that the technician was very knowledgeable. I didnt have a worry at all. He was prompt and thorough.
