We had a wonderful experience at the Big Screen Store in Springfield.  We came in with a few ideas and Matt, the sales manager, steered us in the right direction to "right size" the TV and the quality picture we wanted.  Installation was quick and efficient.  Couldn't ask for more!

Price was good, delivery was on time. I would order from again. Only thing I recommend is they remove the box. My delivery drivers said it was against policy.

Service was great! My only complaint is that the remote never function properly. The up and down channel button doesn't function. It came out of the box not fully functional. All buttons function properly with the exception of the channel button.

Excellent salesforce and products.  Love our new Samsung 55Q80T television.
