Riccardo's Ristorante, a family owned and operated Italian dining establishment in Boston's historic North End, serves up authentic Italian cuisine with a modern flair. Our mission is to provide the highest quality authentic Italian cuisine with superb service. Come try our delicious dishes like the Lasagna Fatti in Casa di Mamma, pasta sheets layered with a rich cheese blend and ground meat, or the Orecchetti con Salsicca e Brocolli de Rabbe, little ears pasta with sweet Italian sausages and broccoli with rabbe. This Italian restaurant did not slack on portion sizes. The calamari was cooked to perfection. That was probably my favorite part of the meal. The main course left me needing a few things…more garlic for sure, but it just seemed like it lacked some flavor. The clams were incredible, I ate and enjoyed it, just wished it had a little more flavor. Maybe it was Parmesan we were missing, but it was still pretty good. Definitely not homemade pasta, so keep that in mind. The server was hilarious though, we had so much of the delicious bread, which came with olive oil, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese. There may have been salt & pepper too I loved it, but I love spicy! While we enjoyed the meal, I would likely find another Italian eatery that maybe had the full “homemade pasta” experience. Prices are reasonable.
This place was wonderful! Each bite that I took tasted better every time. Our server, Tommy, was so nice and he even gave us a complimentary drink at the end of our meal. Truly a great place to stop by!

A reliable North End Italian restaurant. Came here on a Saturday night and was quickly seated. Service was friendly and open. they may be slower than usual and they communicated it. Sitting outside was wonderful and we could enjoy a lovely late summer night. Had Chicken Piccata and Oreichetto with sausage and broccolii.... both delicious. fresh bread served with olive oil a delight. A reasonably priced place that offers great service, food and atmosphere. Bon appetit!
Amazing evening at Riccardo’s. We were welcomed in with enthusiasm, made comfortable w outside seating as we requested. The food and drinks were superb, the service was fantastic and the experience was top notch. Will return many times because of how we were treated like royalty. Thank you for a special time
We had a wonderful time at Ricardo's! The waiter, host, and staff were extremely welcoming and warm. The food was delicious and hearty, with large portions and a rich taste. The bread + olive oil is also really good!

Similar to other reviews, I'll agree that the food was absolutely delicious. My eggplant parm was practically inhaled, same with my friend's lobster ravioli. The service, however, could improve. Our waiter mostly made us feel forgotten, even after our table was cleared we had to ask someone to bring our check after waiting 10 minutes.
They had a wait even if you had a reservation but the food and service are worth waiting for. They sat us at the bar which ended up being fine with us. Jeff at the bar is great, extremely friendly. He recommended we try the stuffed meatballs they are not on the menu and they were out of this world! We will definitely be back when we are in town.
We had a party of 6 and we’re seated pretty quickly, however it took well over an hour to even get our drink orders taken, we were ignored by our original waiter for 2 hours and the wait for our food was insane. However Jordyn took over our party and made sure we had a great time and all of our needs were fulfilled! She was truly amazing and made up for the lack of service we had originally!
