Went to drop off our sewing machine to get repaired at Rich's Sewing & Vacuum. They spent 5 minutes looking at it prior to having me leave it with them and noticed it was a simple set up issue. No charge and we have our sewing machine to finish making face masks. Thanks, you have all our future business!

I have purchased two sewing machines from these fine people and I have loved them both!! They took so much time to show me how to use the machine and did an excellent job maintaining them as well!! The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable!!
Tim helped me get a piece of thread that was tangled in the gears out of my machine. Was very fast and friendly service. Will for sure be using them for all my sewing machine needs.
