The Bridal Gallery

I returned to the Bridal Gallery from when I was a teenager. I had been shopping downtown for my prom dress in 2010 when a shop across from Bridal Gallery had told me I was too big and none of their dresses would fit me and brought me tons of tiny dresses that couldn’t evens clip or go over my thighs. Bridal Gallery showed up for me after that horrific prom dress visit and made my experience the best experience possible as a “plus size”/ larger and embarrassed teenager.I had found my gorgeous prom dress with the help of store owner Angie. I knew when I got engaged that I would definitely be visiting Bridal Gallery for a dress try on to prepare for my wedding. My expectations were not only met but exceeded. I was greeted by Lacey my dress consultant, Lexi the store manager, and later on in my dress try on got to talk and share my prom experience and my Bridal experience with Angie the store owner. Lacey immediately asked how I felt being at the front of the store or if I’d like a more private experience in a lovely tucked away try on area. Lacey treated me with the upmost respect and gave me the most special day possible while trying on dresses. She listened to what I wanted or needed while also adding in her expertise with supportive and gentle guidance. I would not of wanted to experience this with anyone else or any other store. Awesome experience from beginning to end. Olivia was fantastic. She found me the perfect dress. It needed some alterations and I wanted the open back to be closed. The seamstress they use was amazing. Thoughtful, kind and so talented. She came up with a beautiful idea for the back closure. How she does it, with no sign of being altered is amazing. Considering all the modifications, I think it was very affordable. As they say, say yes to the dress!!! Thank you Bridal Gallery team!!!

I had THE BEST experience with Lacy and all of the other women at the bridal gallery. Extremely accommodating to my needs and wants, went out to the way to hand make parts of my dress and alter it at the drop of a dime. I would use them 1000 times over. Very friendly kind women!!

They have amazing customer service. During the bridal appointment they give you focused one on one time with a stylist. They have beautiful dresses. I enjoyed my appointment but did not say yes to the dress. During the appointment the stylist picks dresses for you to try on. They have all the dresses roped off and you cannot browse through them for inspiration. I am very visual so I wanted to look at the dresses. I feel I would have had a better experience if I could have looked at dresses with my stylist and pointed out what I liked/ disliked instead of blindly trying on dresses.

My party and I had the most amazing time here. Not only did I find the most amazing dress I felt welcome, supported, and beautiful. My wonderful stylist Lauren and I felt like best friends by dress one. A great selection, great prices, and great people. I had found my dream dress on Etsy, but unfortunately the makers of the dress were in Ukraine and it was right as the war was starting. Obviously needing to look elsewhere, I had looked at two bridal stores that were ok, but didn’t find what I wanted. I called The Bridal Gallery to see if they had any black dresses. Michelle was extremely helpful over the phone. She went into detail on which black gowns they had and was able to get me in for a same day appt. By the time I got there, only 2-3 hours after we had spoken on the phone, she had the dress laid out for me and even did the research to make sure the changes she knew I’d wanted could be made. She was so helpful and kind. Even mailed me a hand written thank you note afterwards. Definitely recommend!!

I love Michelle. This was by far the best experience I had looking for wedding dresses. Not only did Michelle take the time to ask me questions about what style I like but also kept picking better and better dresses. She ultimately brought me to the dress of my dreams. This dress was not only under budget but it is everything I could have ever wanted. This place is amazing and I highly recommend. 10/10

Shopping for a wedding dress was the most incredible experience here! They were so accommodating, caring, and attentive from the scheduling, to finding the perfect dress. I had the privilege of having Olivia as my associate, and she blew me away. She was nothing less than exceptional. Not only did she ask such great questions, was knowledgeable, professional, and found me the perfect dress, but she even took "yes to the dress" photos for me. They even added a little extra goodie for me to take home for my fiancé and I to enjoy. This whole experience goes to show how much detail, and commitment they put into caring for their customers. I would recommend the Bridal Gallery any, and every time!

Groom here, I didn’t actually attend the dress fitting with Michelle at Bridal Gallery in Salem OR, but based on the level of happiness that my future wife had when she returned home, I felt compelled to write this review. My wife-to-be is named Jojo and we are in our early thirties, both transplants from other states. Jojo found it difficult to find a boutique that she liked for two main reasons. The first being that she hadn’t fallen in love with any of the dresses that she had tried on, and the second reason that I think will resonate with a lot of brides-to-be is that she couldn't find a dress that she felt pretty when wearing. After her fitting at the Bridal Gallery, Jojo came home and explained her wonderful experience with Michelle. She mentioned how the very first dress she tried on was a winner. Michelle however was an expert, and basically said “you’re here, let’s try on a few more dresses.” Jojo agreed and then tried on two more dresses that weren’t as good as the first. Then based on all of the feedback that Jojo gave Michelle, Michelle picked out a fourth dress. This was the winner, as the groom I cannot speak to what the dress looked like, but to see my partner truly content with the way she looked in a wedding dress brought me more joy then I felt the day Jojo agreed to marry me. So brides, and or grooms, if you are struggling to find the perfect dress, I urge you to visit the Bridal Gallery, ask for Michelle.

I had an amazing first wedding dress try on experience at the Bridal Gallery in down town Salem. The entire gallery was reserved for myself and party for a private appointment, adding to the overall exceptional experience. My consultant Michelle was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced with over 20 years in Bridal. I showed her my wishlist and she brought out a dress that I had thought I wanted. After trying on what I thought my dream dress would be, I ended up not liking it as much as I thought I would. Michelle picked out 6 more amazing dresses I ended up finding the the one!
