I had a wonderful experience with this company. I bought my house 4 years ago and for the past 2 years had water coming into my garage through a drain and through the floor where it meets the wall in my finished basement. Last year I had 2 different companies come out to diagnose why the drain was spewing water enough to spit out 1.5 feet of water throughout my garage. The guy from the "drain cleaning" company had no idea what the drain was and then charged me $325 to clean it. To no avail. The other guy told me I needed their $15K "system" which meant catching the water in trenches they installed along the periphery of the garage. When I asked how that would help as the water was coming up through the drain in the MIDDLE of the floor, he couldn't answer the question. He also had no idea what the drain was. I used Richard P Waltz for a small job last year and was happy with them so I brought them in. In 5 minutes they told me that the drain was the Master drain, diagnosed the problem and within days came in to do the necessary repairs. The whole team there from scheduling to delivery was amazing and professional. I couldn't be happier.

They charge for commute mileage, a truck fee, and the time it took them to drive 7 miles to our place apparently equal to an additional billable hour at the rate of $160, according to our bill. These additional charges were not mentioned up front and made something that should've been $200 to almost $600. I called the office to ask about these additional charges and was told I'd receive a call back. I didn't and had to follow-up again a week later.

Can I get a call back please? You have my number I’ve left 3 voicemails over the past 2 weeks. Since you can’t return my call I don’t know how else to contact you so that’s why I’m here in hopes someone can get back to me. I would like to know about your warranty on your work. I hired you to fix a leak. Still never fully resolved but I paid you and now I can’t get a phone call back. Can someone just call me please?

Whoever was driving your 4C 6151 van on Ocean Ave. today around 4:30 should be fired as they are a danger to everyone else on the road. It's been snowing heavily an the roads are very slick and I was going just under the speed limit to be safe, yet they were tailgating me within about 3-4 feet all the way from Washington Ave and Walton St., then overtook me on the residential two-lane road, crossing over the double yellow line. This driving could easily have caused an accident and is very unsafe. The driver should be fired or at least have heir driving privileges revoked as I doubt you want your employees representing your company in this way.

My heating system broke on the middle of night in January in Maine. I called Richard P Waltz for emergency help. They came very quick and fixed the problem. I am very thankful and highly recommend their services.
