I had a great experience with my breast augmentation at Dr. Richards office. The Docs, nurses and all of the staff were amazing and kind. I traveled from out of state so my first day in the office was my surgery day and everyone made me feel very comfortable. Misty has been my patient coordinator and she has been so wonderful and is always quick to answer any questions I have. The office and surgical suite are very nice. I’m just about 2 weeks post op and the results are better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Dr. Richards and his practice!!

Thee most amazing experience I’ve had. He did such a great job with my breast implants and they look and feel so natural! I told him what I wanted and he delivered! He fixed my capsuled breast and made them like new! I wish I came to him in the first place! The whole team and himself were so helpful throughout the whole process and even now. I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Richards and his staff. Although the wait for a consultation was about 8 months, I'm glad I stuck with it. The staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I had never had surgery before and researched surgeons. His office was a two hour trip, but worth it. I am not fully healed from my procedure, but so far satisfied with the results.

I had gone to a few other doctors for consultations and ultimately they made me feel very transactional but not at this office. Dr Richards and staff are very great and on point. The transformation was way better than I imagined. Misty made me feel very comfortable from the very first time I talked to her to the follow up after the surgery. Great team great transformation just great work period.

I go for botox injections. They have a great staff, but apparently it is hit or miss with the person doing the injecting. First time I had an awesome outcome. She asked me questions on how I would like to look, she took her time. Second time with a new person, my face was uneven. I attempted to tell her how I wanted to look and she just started injecting. I knew it was not coming to come out right. 2 weeks later I had to go back in and have it fixed. I recommend Brandi.
