Terrible first time experience… the owner hit my car with another vehicle and repaired it without letting me know, I had to find out from a worker, that ended up getting fired for telling me, something the owner should have told me himself this was so unprofessional, also they had my car for more than 3 weeks, I have a friend with the same exact car and more damage than mine and his was fixed at another shop which paint matched his whole car and fixed all his damages in just over 1 week. My back bumber was also oversprayed. I will never be going here again and recommend others not to I really don’t appreciate the service I got here 1/10Service: Body & Trim

It's with some regret that I have to write this review, because I've used Rick's Auto several times in the past and all have been relatively painless experiences, and with pretty good results. They kept my Toyota RAV4 for nearly a month for a rear bumper job and was told several times it would be ready the next day only to be informed that it wasn't. Even on the day when in actuality it was ready - it wasn't really. It hadn't been washed there were several markings on the windshield still, wheel cover was missing - which by the way I still have not received or been communicated on a month after I picked up the car. And they informed me that the car would require an alignment, which if it did, they did a terrible job! To make matters worse, there were multiple tiny dents on the hood that had not been there when I dropped it off but was told it was from hail - can't remember the last time there was hail...but okay! While my past experiences have been good, this one was most definitely not. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be using this shop again.Service: Body & Trim

I was totally blown away at the fantastic job Rick's Auto Collision did on my Honda. They were recommended to me by my Honda dealer and I am so glad that I took their advice. It was better than new. I was especially amazed at how the inside of the car looked because the air bags had deployed. The personal care and attention given to me by Robin was so appreciated. She kept me informed of the process and also dealt with my insurance company on my behalf, which was not an easy task! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they had my car ready. I wholeheartedly recommend Rick's Auto Collision to anyone in need of their service. They are true professionals.

Rick and Jim and their staff are all amazing. The work is top notch and they are consummate professionals. I have used them for auto body for many years and now use their auto repair service as well - I could not imagine getting better service at such a reasonable price anywhere else. They truly go out of their way to ensure that you are not inconvenienced and make the experience painless. Keep up the good work!

I was rear ended recently and needed repair on my Toyota Corolla rear bumper. I was extremely pleased with the results! Work was completely timely and when I picked up car it was immaculate! They went above and beyond to make sure car was cleaned including the steering wheel. I strongly recommend Rick's Auto Collision.

Rick took care of repairs my car needed and not only he did an impeccable job, he also dealt with the insurance for extra funds needed. He showed concerned that I was paying for a rental car out of my own pocket and tried to finish the work as quick as he could, but without compromising the quality of the finished work. I was very pleased. I would definitely go back if a need arises.

I was recommended by a friend and I have seen the excellent work they have performed to repair his blue 2015 Scion FR-S. Also, I have seen the outstanding mechanical repairs done to his brother's red 2009 Nissan GT-R. When I brought in my 2015 Scion FR-S TRD they showed the same outstanding quality and service. There was no imperfection and nothing looked rushed. The car looks good as new once they worked their magic.

2018 Jeep cheeroke. Everyone one there was so helpful with me! My first time getting into a car accident and they were very professional and explained the process throughout the way. They also cleaned my whole car inside and out which is amazing!! 10/10 recommend this place!!
