We had an excellent experience at Rickenbaugh. Donnie Panarello was wonderful to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very easy to work with. We came from Utah and when we arrived everything was well prepared and ready for us. It was a very nice car buying experience. I would 100% recommend buying a car from Donnie!
I enquired about a Jeep 4xe twice, asked them to write up the sale and I never heard from them both times. Ended up buying a similar jeep from Cross Jeep Chrysler. Thanks for following up with my experience. Hope that it will lead to better experiences for future customers. I edited my 1 star review to 2 stars.
I had a great experience at Rickenbaugh Cadillac. Jesse Lieberth was awesome to work with. He was quick to reply to any and all questions I had, straightforward about pricing, and quick to figure everything out and get me in my new car! Everyone I came into contact at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, from the guy managing the used car lot, to the service guys bringing the car around. I will definitely look here first when purchasing another vehicle.
I cannot thank the guys at Rickenbaugh enough for their help on Christmas Eve Eve. They were already slammed with multiple batteries going out, and then went out of their way to help me with my flat tire. Not only did they come to me to help put a spare on, they called me within a few hours and were able to fix my tire. They stayed late to ensure that I could get to the service center and get my tire put back on and just showed the best customer service and Christmas spirit you could ask for! XoXoXo
I just wanted to give Ryan In Cadillac service a 10 star rating. It only allows 5. Anytime we need anything he works it into our schedule . With the the utmost professionalism. I couldn't thank him enough. Sometimes we cannot figure out the problem and he explains very well and gives us great options.
Ryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable when it came to our 3500 Chevy Diesel. By far the best service experience we’ve ever had. Will definitely only have Ryan help us out on all of our vehicles.
GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I had two times where I’ve brought in my SRX to be serviced. The first time my car was not starting after fueling. They ran their diagnostics and determined it was a battery. They charged $300 for a battery replacement a job that takes less than 5 minutes with a part a fraction that price. Even though I recognized the price gouging I figured if it fixed the problem, fine. It did not fix the problem… then I came in with brakes that were very spongy during the winter. They ran another diagnostic and the mechanic said the master cylinder would need to be replaced and it would cost >$1000 along with some other unnecessary repairs. After speaking with the manager for an hour he admitted that it could be the ABS system. I drove the car for another hour and my brakes were fine. Fool me once shame on me but fool me twice and it reveals unethical business practices all around. Go anywhere else. EDIT in response to the response from Nick: Yes, you did offer a credit on the master cylinder, but there was nothing wrong with the master cylinder and it did not need to be replaced. The issue is not the cost, but the fact that the car's issues were misdiagnosed two times.
This is the only place I bring my car for service because I always have a great experience with Ryan Calabrese in the Service Dept! He is my one point of contact, which I love. Quick turnaround when I reach out, and always polite and professional! Thanks Ryan!
The truth is I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from this dealership! I bought a vehicle and I had a five day grace period to return the car within that time I had my mechanic look at the vehicle and they found a leak with the vehicle I called the dealership and asking if they would be able to work with me and getting this repaired the sales manager was extremely rude and told me that he was not going to fix anything I understand that I bought a used car however there The leak was not disclosed to me before purchase!! By the time I could speak with another manager who also agreed that they are not willing to help me get the car fixed I am now passed by 5 Grace period And cannot return the car! I do like the care however I just wish the vehicle did not have a leak that is going to cost me a couple thousand dollars to get fixed! I’m extremely shocked by the sales manager and how he conducted business with me as well as a gentleman who sold me the car David has ignored me! I’ve had to call and text multiple times just to get answers! I’m now stuck with a vehicle that has a major leak that will cost me a couple thousand dollars to repair and the dealership is unwilling to help me resolve this issue I honestly wouldn’t recommend buying from this dealership with the customer service I have received and the lack of empathy and care for their customer!
Brought my 2014 cadillac srx in for an oil change. While picking up my car, they said I had an exhaust leak that would require a new catalytic converter for $2,300. After researching it, catalytic converters usually are good for 100,000 miles. With my car only being at 48,000 miles, this took me by surprise. I took it to Exhaust Pros on Colfax and they helped identify the root cause of my exhaust noise to be a depreciated Tail Pipe a component on the other end of the exhaust from the catalytic converter and repaired my car for $225. I will not be returning to this dealership
