I had never been into this store before and I had been wanting to check it out for a while because I had been wanting to buy myself a ring!! Kim greeted me as soon as I walked in and she was very nice and patient with me because I am very picky when it comes to shopping.  She showed me several different styles and answered all my questions.  She was very good at showing me ones that I loved I ended up taking three rings instead of one! I will definitely be coming back for future gift purchases and for myself. Best customer service I’ve had in a while!!

Brought in two watches and had the band repaired, and two batteries replaced. Adrian the manager worked quickly and offered lots of assistance. Watches came out working and looking great. Will return and highly recommend.
