Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it's annoying on how they try to upsell you on everything. My engagement ring from here is lovely and the staff is friendly to work with. They do help finding what you need and will direct you toward a few different options that fit what you're looking for. You just have to insist firmly a few times to stay within your budget. They will hand you the item with price facing down and away from you, but I always immediately flip it to check and hand it back if it's too high.

I went in for an engagement ring and they worked with me to find out the style that I liked and showed us rings that stayed in our budget. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and my ring is gorgeous!

I was very pleased with the service and the product. I had to get the ring custom made and they had it done exactly when they said they would. They actually had to rush it for me and i was very appreciative of that. The customer service was great they were all very willing to help with the selection of my diamond and suggestions. Very easy to work with and really happy with the outcome!!

Lady I worked with was rude. I had been to another store to talk trade in and she completely shot me down. Would not even ask her store manager. She said that the store manager I talked to at another store was either "new" or "didn't know what he was doing". Guess she didn't want my commission. I was prepared to spend around $5,000.
