Riddle’s Jewelry

My boyfriend bought me a beautiful pearl necklace and earring set from Riddles for our 1 year anniversary. I was beyond excited because I have never had real pearls before. Unfortunately my happiness for this set of jewelry did not last long. Only one week after I received these earrings I noticed my puppy was chewing on something. When I went over to check it took me a second to realize that it was one of the pearls from my earring. I checked and sure enough after only ONE WEEK the pearl popped off the earring back. I went to take the other one off to keep them together AND THE OTHER PEARL CAME OFF TOO. I was beyond furious, how are you going to sell us a $100 pair of earrings that don’t even last 1 week. We took them back to get them fixed the next weekend and when we gave them to the jeweler he said “ Good thing you got the premium coverage plan so you won’t have to pay anything”. So if my boyfriend hadn’t gotten the insurance he would have had to pay to fix a ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR PAIR OF EARRINGS after owing them for one week ..... anyways, the next day we went back to pick them up and they were fixed ..... or so we thought. Today in my office, after having them back for only 4 days, I tucked a strand of hair behind my ear and out falls a pearl from my hair. THIS JEWLER IS GARBAGE. Will never buy anything from here for as long as we live. I have had $2 earrings from Forever 21 last longer than these ....

Really the best jewelry service in the mall at Manhattan, KS, and extremely helpful. I didn’t know when I ordered my girlfriend’s engagement ring because they didn’t have the one I wanted there. But the manager(Mandi) called at least 4 different stores to find the ring that best matched my expectations and wants. The ring came in two days. Was amazing. I went to another store while shopping the same day before I ordered the ring and the experience was ruined because I went to Riddles first. Love them.

Juan at Riddles was absolutely amazing. He helped my fiancé and I so much. We went to three jewelry stores in a row and they said resizing my engagement ring would either be impossible, take two weeks to do, or cost hundreds of dollars. Juan was so nice, and had the job done in 30 minutes. His work was pristine and he was even fun to talk to. I will never work with another jeweler again.

Riddle's fixed my favorite watch for free on the spot! Orignally I had taken my watch to Kay Jewelers to have the battery replaced. About three days later I had to take the watch back to Kay Jewelers because the hands on the watch face wouldn't wind, therefore making the time inaccurate. Kay Jewelers wouldn't even try to fix the error in store, wanted to send it away for for to six weeks- just for the estimate, and did not offer a refund on their mistake. After being referred to Riddle's by a friend that I ran into in the mall, I took my watch in and received excellent customer service from Will. Not only did he offer to open the watch in store to see if the error could he fixed, but he in fact did fix it within about five minutes. On top of that, I wasn't charged for the repair! Riddle's went above and beyond to fix something that wasn't even their doing, so I will definitely return in the future! Thank you, Will and Riddle's!

I had changed the battery in my wife’s watch, but I could not get the back cover back on her watch. I have done business with Riddle’s before and they have always been very helpful. In this particular case I wasn’t purchasing anything! The store manager replaced the back cover at No Charge! This is great customer service! Very courteous and helpful manager!
