I have been here multiple times for watch repairs and band replacements over the last couple of years, and they have always been a delightful. Their customer service is great. I have always felt intimidated by such a beautiful shop holding such expensive goods, but they have always been happy to help, even if I don’t buy. Luckily, I found some beautiful items in my price range! So when I do have the extra cash, I know I can find what I want at Mark’s Jewelers.

Marks Jewelers is the BEST! They have the most GORGEOUS rings and jewelry. My wedding ring is from Marks and after 14 years I’m still getting compliments on it because of its elegant and timeless design. Over the years we’ve gone in with jewelry repairs etc and they always do an excellent job. Great customer service too. The best in Lawrence.

I can't tell you how pleased we were with the selection we chose. Alex was outstanding in making us feel like family. From top to bottom, Marks is a class act in my book. Thanks again for making our special day so very special and fun!

Customer service was excellent, even though I was just there for a ring resizing. It was also nice that they cleaned my ring for me too. And, they guessed 10-14 days and it was done in no more than 7!

Helpful and professional staff. Excellent work. It was a repair on my wedding ring set that hadn't been off my finger in almost 43 years, so it felt strange to take it off and leave it with them, but the rings look brand new.
