Update: These guys are simply awesome. I was on a time crunch and my wedding was coming up and Andy did everything to make sure that my band would be here for my destination wedding. These guys always go above and beyond. Why would you shop anywhere else? They are local, they care for you, they have the largest selection and customer service is beyond amazing. My experience with Karats was absolutely amazing. Thought my journey to search for and create an engagement ring I thought it would be a tough, nerve wracking process but Drew made it the best experience I could have asked for. He's very professional, courteous and truly cares about you and the ring you are looking to get. I highly recommend Karats to anyone and everyone. Remember to ask for Drew!

I will not go anywhere else to purchase watches. Karats always goes above and beyond. I just pre ordered the Tudor GMT from them. They are great at what they do. The selection is amazing and the staff is super knowledgeable as compared to other stores where the sales person has no Idea about watches, movements, or any technical specifications. I'm a watch nerd and this is the only place I feel comfortable shopping at. They are an authorized dealer for 22 watch brands. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Karats services all watches and the attention to detail is superb. Great work Daniel, Andy and everyone else.

There are so many reasons to love Karats: friendly staff, attentive service, an extensive collection of rings, wine as you shop, the list goes on. We chose to shop for our wedding bands at Karats because it came highly recommended from friends and honestly, you really can't refute Andy's sterling reputation. He is THE diamond/jewelry guy in Kansas City. You can just feel his passion for this business when you talk to him, very genuine and invested in your story. Our wedding is a month away and Andy saved us. We walked in close to closing, but he still welcomed us in and never once rushed us. I had no idea what I wanted so he patiently walked us through the beautiful selection of rings on display. It wasn't easy, but we narrowed it down to two rings: a Tacori and one that was half that price. He amused me by allowing me to try the rings on back and forth, asked for second and third opinions, and allowed me to come to my own conclusion without haste or a lengthy sales pitch. He worked with our timeline and BAM, we will have my ring before our wedding date. Did I mention that before we went through the motions, Andy gave us glasses of wine? That man knows the way to my heart. Coming to Karats is an experience. Trust that the associates have your best interest in mind; I did and I walked away a happy customer (with a beautiful ring on my hand!). I'll definitely be returning and encourage you to try it out if you're ever looking for a jeweler.

I absolutely love this place! I have every piece of my jewelry from here and will continue coming here for every future piece! They helped us with our engagement ring, wedding bands and my husband got me my beautiful diamond earrings from here. The selection is amazing.

Whether you are looking to purchase or to sell jewelry, please visit with Andy at Karats Jewelers. I had been in the process of trying to sell my engagement ring and wedding band set and had been to several other jewelers in the city, only to leave feeling discouraged and overwhelmed. Andy made the process straightforward and easygoing, and was honest about the wholesale business of buying diamond jewelry without being condescending and without intimidation tactics. He is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his business.
