Incredible experience from start to finish. We visited all of the major jewelers around town and no one can compare to the experience/process that Mazzarese had/has. They worked with us on price and helped me design exactly what my wife was looking for. We get compliments almost daily about her ring and how unique it is. My wife goes in constantly to get her ring cleaned just to speak with the staff. Heidi has been nothing short of excellent in helping us with cleaning, sizing, design and anything else that goes into making one of the biggest decisions of an individuals life. We will be life time customers.

From the moment you walk through the door you are Well taken care of. Very clean and nice display of jewelry. They care about your wants and needs also with the vast knowledge of every piece of jewelry They are able to make very good suggestions. I am continually pleased with the high level of customer service and professionalism at mazzerese! My husband bought my gorgeous engagement ring here and we also bought his wedding band as well and have always been so well taken care of. Every time I visit to get my ring cleaned or make a new purchase the staff always warmly greats me at the door and makes me feel like a priority! I will be fulfilling all of my fine jewelry needs here for years to come because of the exceptional quality and service! This is absolutely the best place I have ever dealt with. The product is exceptional. The service even better. Mark,Veronica, & Angie with the rest of the team always make me feel very comfortable. In my years I have bought a lot of jewelry this is the only place I have felt complete satisfaction on all fronts with my purchase. I will never go anyplace else.
