Wow what an experience I had at the kendra scott in Leawood! Stephanie the manager over heard my conversation with an exchange and stepped in to help me and had me walking out with a the biggest smile on my face. What a wonderful mother’s day treat! Thank you Stephanie for making my experience so amazing!

Had a great experience here! Not only is the jewelry great but the employees were very helpful and helped me create the perfect gift. I also had a great customer service when I called the next day to adjust the bill, they took care of it right away!

Kendra Scott has the BEST customer service!!!! Sydney, at the Town Center location, went above and beyond helping me solve an issue. The kindness that was extended to me was incredible. Thank you to the Kendra Scott team and especially Sydney!!!!

Just ordered a pair of earrings and a necklace from instore that was sold out online......the girl was so helpful and nice and I just can not say enough about the customer service....LOVE THIS STORE as I have been in there several times and they are always so sweet, nice and helpful even if you do not look like a customer who is going to buy a lot. For us a Kendra Scott purchase is a treat and this store is soooooo nice!!
