Philip Voetsch Jewelry By Design

I brought in some designs to do custom work. I brought in three printed off pictures. I wanted to merge the ideas from the pictures to produce something new. They flat-out told me they don't copy other people's work and told me they could not custom design my ring rudely.. So naturally I took my business to another place on main street just past the plaza. I told this other place the EXACT SAME thing, with the same pictures, that I wanted at this place and they said, "Of course you can do this, we will do that for you. We are not copying anybody's work." If you plan on spending a couple thousand dollars on an engagement ring. Do not do it here. I was not cared for as a customer and I was treated like an idiot. I'm sorry I haven't spent 20 years building jewelry. I know what I want and other places were able to do that for me. Not this place.

Excellent! Carrie designed my ring for me and I can't wait to get it in! I met Mr Voetsch and he was very nice and respectful. I anticipated a very pretentious atmosphere, but it was very relaxed and their expertise was invaluable.

My fiancee and I found ourselves in a time crunch. We had planned to get married in September but pushed it forward to July to have our dream wedding by eloping to a Caribbean beach. We went in on a Friday and needed our rings by Tuesday. They were able to rush our order and at the same time craft beautiful and meaningful rings that fit our design vision. Using family heirloom rings they melted down and created exactly what we wanted in amazing time. Our wedding was unforgettable with the help of Philip, Tamara and their team. They were helpful, understanding and incredibly accommodating. We are thankful that we found such talented people with a passion for their work and the highest quality customer service. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience from the moment you walk in the door. Thank you all so much!

If you are looking for a great jeweler, stop looking and go here. Absolutely fantastic customer service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. When we were looking to rebuild my wife's engagment ring, we went to three different places, all of them scoffed at our ideas, making us feel stupid for even asking. At Philip Voetsch, they were truly interested and gave us a number of different options and price ranges. The end-product was amazing and follow up service on one minor issue was resolved quickly. Instead of going to large jewelry chain stores, I will be going to Philip Voetsch in the future. You should too.
