Vinca Jewelry

Every time I shop for jewelry Vinca is my first stop and ultimately the last. Tu is exceptional in her knowledge of gems. I brought a picture from a very pricey upscale competitor's catalog and asked her if she could copy it. She was excited for the opportunity to do that and asked for my approval with every selection for the final necklace. The staff there is friendly and remembers the names of customers, even those who are not frequent buyers (I witnessed this as I worked on the design for my project). You can browse in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere without any high power pressure to make a purchase - though I usually do. Vinca repairs are reasonable and well done. Antique pieces are handled carefully and without damage. Vinca can do it all.

Love this mom and pop jewelry store. It's a shame the restaurant next door "the oliver" has taken valuable parking spots for valet away from such great shops.

If I could give it a zero I would. Warning: Get it appraised and find out the real value of your diamonds. I was shocked. If you find out you were swindled, email me or post after me and I will connect with you. I am filing a lawsuit. I was a loyal customer for over 10 years. Do not be fooled by the family-like customer service. Get it appraised.

The customer service at Vinca is unparalleled. We went in with low expectations after being pushed by other jewelry stores to buy out of our price range. When we told Tu about our budget she made sure to stick to it and to get us the most bang for our buck! We had so much fun working with her and the rest of the staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vinca to anyone looking not only for excellent jewelry, but also for an incredible jewelry buying experience.
