I have purchased a couple items from Tivol, most recently an engagement ring, and I am continually impressed by the service they provide. Gary and Ward worked wonderfully with my fiance to create exactly the ring she wanted. They too the time to listen to what she wanted and coach us on different aspects of diamonds and settings. Plus they're always quick to offer a drink whenever you stop in!

Hunter McGrath is the man! I went in to get my wife a "push present", as our due date is in a couple of weeks, and I have been told I'm required to get her jewelry for giving me my first child(and every child after that). I was dreading going in, if I'm being honest. I didn't want to be sold on anything, I knew what I wanted, and I knew how much I wanted to spend. I came out of the store with so much more than a piece of jewelry. He cared more about me becoming a new dad than making a sale. He told me about a book that helped him and his wife, and I wrote it down to buy later. The piece of jewelry that I was looking for wasn't in stock so he found it, and had it shipped the next day. I pulled up to the store on said day, and he brought it outside to me. He also had a present for me. He gave me his copy of the book that helped him and his wife through their first 6 months with their baby! A+ Customer Service Hunter, you earned my business for future purchases, as their will be plenty... We're having a girl. :)

We had an incredible experience working with Wendy at Tivol. Wendy really listened to my requests and helped us design the ring of my dreams by combining family heirlooms and newer pieces. We also had a tight timeline and she was clear on her communication on when we needed to complete the design and the timeline of when it would be produced/available for pick-up. Her energy and care are infectious and make you feel so welcome every time you walk in. We look forward to working with Wendy in the years to come!

I would never, ever shop anywhere else but Tivol for personal or for gifts. There is never, ever any pressure to purchase anything, but in fact, dropping in to see Lisa, their sales professional, has been a real pleasure for me over the years. She will immediately make you feel welcome and there's always a warm hug, a smile and the offer of something to drink. Lisa knows her product lines too. She can talk you through the value of whatever you're looking for, what might best suit you and your budget and gives you 100% of her attention. If you want the very best, look no further, and ask for Lisa.

I love all the Penny Preville jewelry I get from here!! It's amazing customer service that she frequently does trunk shows here, and shows me and other customers the new collections. Love going into the store!
