Waldo Jewelers

I went to Waldo Jewelers yesterday to get a stone replaced on my wedding set. The customer service was the absolute best experience I have ever had in a jewelry store. Not only did I get the stone replaced, but they reinforced all the prongs, dipped and cleaned both rings for a ridiculously reasonable price. It was also done by the afternoon and looks so amazing. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ridiculously awesome customer service. The two folks who run the place are so pleasant. They've got a shop cat, so beware if you have allergies. Great service for the price. Love that I can shop local here.

These guys are legit. I took in a Chain, bracelet and ring for repair and they all came back looking better then new. The clasp on my chain i've been told by several other stores was not repairable. Michael looked at it and said I can fix that and now it's better then new. Not only do they do amazing work but they are very fast. Also it's very nice having someone do work in house and not have to mail your jewelry and wait 2-4 weeks for it. I have a bunch of other stuff i'm taking up to them to get redone for that like new look. Anyone that has any kind of repair needs I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Had them do two ring projects, both turned out better than imagined. One of the projects, the diamond had fallen off and other Jewelers wouldn't touch, but these guys did it and at a very fair and reasonable price.

Went in with a stone, they created a custom neckless for me. Was very fast. Reasonably priced. Gave me exactly what I wanted. End product looked great. Would/will use then again.
