Very knowledgeable, extremely kind, and most important, 100% honest. Rare to see people operate with such high integrity these days and Joel is just that, and more! Still finalizing a few moving pieces with a deal, but Joel has been there every single step of the way offering expert advice as if it were for himself. Wish I could give this guy 10 stars!

I'm not even a customer - yet. But the owner, Joel, was incredibly helpful over the phone. I was looking to sell some gold coins, and he gave me invaluable advice, even though it meant we wound't use his business for the sale. His expertise has helped not only me and my husband but my whole family. I mean, who does that? This guy. He knows what he's talking about with regard to coins, but more importantly he knows how to treat people. I highly recommend Facets Jewelry for ALL things jewelry/coin related. You absolutely cannot go wrong here.

Joel was super to deal with. I took 5 pieces of jewelry to Joel including rings to be sized or repaired and a bracelet with a missing clasp. The wedding ring that needed to be sized was a tricky piece and Joel figured out a way to have the ring sized in a way that it would not be noticeable. Every time I spoke to Joel he committed to a next step and he always followed through exactly as he said he would. The turnaround times were very fast and I can speak to the quality of work that was provided. I would highly recommend doing business with Joel.

My repair work was completed in record time but most importantly done well. Also, Moose (official greeter) was an added bonus in the store!
