My husband bought me a sapphire ring with a white gold band about 5 years ago. Within several months of light use the weld on the underside of the ring broke loose and we had to have it repaired. About 6 months after that the sapphire itself looked cloudy. We took it in and they under magnification you could see that a crack had developed in the stone. They replaced the stone with another similar one. Several months later the weld broke again and this time they replaced the entire ring. I have been wearing it for the past 3 and a half years without any issue. Sometimes products are going to fail and what sets companies apart is how the respond to those failures. The experience at Shane Co has always been top notch and there was never a hassle in getting the ring repaired.

Edited: Wanted to edit my review because I discovered I had put bare details on it, I can't believe I didn't say more. We went to Shane back in 2012 looking for an engagement ring, feeling nervous and weary of jewelry stores after a visit to another store. It couldn't have been a better experience with our sales associate who was happy to just show us around and gave us no pressure to buy anything that day. He helped us find the perfect ring and we HAD to get it. He stuck in our price range and didn't mind us taking time to make a decision. We later went back to pick out my wedding band and was also given excellent service. I lived a good hour and plus away from the store for 5 years and they went above and beyond to help me get my rings taken care of. Better yet, their warranty is the perfect fit for me. I don't have to bring in my papers on a rigid schedule, I come in once to twice a year, a sales associate looks me up in the computer and everything is handled quickly. My husband and I absolutely love love love this company and will continue to shop there!

This jewelry store is amazing and they have a great selection. I have purchased my fiancee's engagement ring and our wedding bands from this location and all of the jewelry is stunning and original. The sales people do not work on commission so there is no pressure in buying and they takevtheor time helping each and every customer. I Would recommend Shane Co. to anyone that is buying jewelry and wants to not be pressured and take their time.

Casey is awesome! We only buy jewelry from Shane Company. Very good customer service! My wife lost very special birthday earrings after a week and Casey personally called me to tell me not to worry and she would take care of us. On top of that, she had them ready 3 days ahead of schedule. Thank you Casey!

Just when I thought Shane Co couldn’t get any better they blew me out of the water. My ring shopping expierence was amazing as it was! I never once felt pressured to buy something I didn’t want or that was out of my budget. My boyfriend and I decided to go ahead and make Shane Co our one stop shop since the lady helping us was so nice and informative. We were able to get my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band all UNDER our budget! Once my, now fiancé, decided to propose I only had my engagement ring two days when I realized I already lost a small side diamond. I wasn’t surprised as I have a rough lifestyle living on a farm. I wasn’t worried at all since I knew my ring already came with a lifetime warranty. I took it in yesterday to get fixed. The lady was super nice and said she could get it back to me by Thursday. I was okay with that. I just wanted t back before the weekend so I could show it off to my family. But the wonderful lady went above and beyond once she found out I’ve only actually had it for two days. She was able to get it fixed for me that night as we waited! I was blown away. She did not have to do that. I firmly believe Shane Co employees actually care about their customers. They will forever have our business anytime we need jewelry!
