Life savers! After having the worst experience with another jeweler, Riddles took us under their wing and treated us like family. Ariel is awesome! Great with communication and customer service. Noah is our hero. He went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted as soon as possible. On and off the clock, he was keeping in touch and doing what he could to make sure our experience was swift and more than satisfactory. All around great people to do business with. Professional, extremely helpful and understanding. Thank you, Riddles team!

I was an extremely unhappy customer the first 3 months trying to buy the wedding band that matched my engagement ring. Every time I went in they told me to come back another day or that they will call me in 3 days. EVERY SINGLE TIME no phone call. I have had to call them and all 6 times no one knew what was going on or they “ claimed “ they had lost my inquiry. I became so frustrated I left the store with tears twice dealing with this. I just constantly felt Like i was being shoved off when all I was trying to do was buy something. Finally My saving grace. Thank you Ariel!!!!!! From the first day you helped me to the last two days before my wedding, you have been wonderful!!!!! I give you a 5+++ stars girl! You are helpful, caring, and enjoyable! You changed my terrible opinion of Riddle’s to a great one and you will be seeing me again for business. Thank you!

Great, they helped me take out some bands in my watch and were so friendly and such a welcoming environment. Ty helped me and highly suggested if you ever need anything to go to him. Great experience, definitely will be back.

Riddle's Jewelry is not only a wonderful place just for their selection but for their staff as well! Ariel has stepped up as manager and has rebuilt that store and improved it through many hardships. Ariel has helped me pick out Jewelry on many occasion and has brought many morganite pieces to my attention that are simply gorgeous! There is nothing better than watching her build bridal sets from the ground up! Thank you so much!
