I'm shocked to see the number of individuals who fault the store for repair work, that I understand is sent to a third party. I have had great experiences relating to this store. The biggest treasure I have I picked up at this store on my last visit to Kansas! I was very impressed and happy with my experience there.

I wanted to thank Hailey for her phenomenal customer service that I received when picking out the perfect ring. I have never met such a knowledgeable, caring, and friendly employee before, she went above and beyond with her customer service. My experience at Kay Jewelers wouldn’t have been the same without Hailey!

Had a wonderful experience shopping for my engagement ring. I had never ring shopped before and had no clue what I liked. Amber is the woman who helped me and she was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and so so patient! She was careful in not overwhelming me while trying to figure out my preference. My finger is a 9 and showcase standard is 7 so I had a hard time imaging these rings, she had the knowledge of Inventory to know she had a random ring that was a larger size that I might like, and it ended up being the ring I fell in love with! She made sure to explain the integrity of the ring can be compromised if sized up or down more than 1-2 sizes and helped me decide to order in my size verses sizing down the larger one or sizing up the standard.
